We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the changes.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. No Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, or a waiver of any other term or condition.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published by ShoreBrake Metal, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShoreBrake Metal relating to your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings (written or oral).
